Return Policy

We are in the customer satisfaction business! If you are unsatisfied with your cobrabraid purchase, please give our customer service department a call and we will fix the problem!  Returns for credit are accepted on any standard color item within 30 days of purchase date providing the item(s) are unused/unopened.  Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there was a manufacturing defect.
